Dallas Cowboys vs Carolina Panthers – Total 49.5 | Sun, Oct 12 | 1:00 PM ET | FOX

Dallas is #4 in the NFL in scoring at 30.2 PPG, with Carolina playing a whole lot better in Charlotte, where they average 28.5 PPG. Toss in both defenses have their problems, and it’s little wonder the total leaped a couple of points to 49.5. Each club has strong OVER trends; Dallas 8-1 OVER off a road win and Carolina 13-3 OVER vs. passing defenses allowing a completion percentage of 61% or higher. Will that prove useful for this NFC matchup?

San Francisco 49ers vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Tampa Bay -3.5 | Sun, Oct 12 | 4:25 PM ET | CBS

These NFC combatants are off gutty road wins where they made the key plays that led to victory. A bit flummoxed why Tampa Bay would jump from -2 to -3.5 over San Francisco. The Bucs with Baker Mayfield are not out of any game, as he wills his team to wins. But San Francisco has zero problem right now if Brock Purdy cannot play because Mac Jones is every bit as efficient as Purdy, and some say more. At this time, the 49ers with the hook in quite inviting.

Tennessee Titans vs Las Vegas Raiders – Las Vegas -4.5 | Sun, Oct 12 | 4:05 PM ET | FOX

Tennessee has scratched in the win column for the first time, thanks to Arizona providing a fantastic opportunity and the Titans seizing it. Some bettors gave the Raiders a puncher’s chance last week in Indianapolis, and the Colts knocked Las Vegas out cold 40-6. These outcomes appear to have much to do with Tennessee crumbling from +6 to +4.5. Here is the big question. Who do you trust more, Geno Smith or Cam Ward?

Detroit Lions vs Kansas City Chiefs – Total 51.5 | Sun, Oct 12 | 8:20 PM ET | NBC

The total in this Sunday night skirmish has exploded from 49 to 51.5. There is no doubting the reasoning, with Detroit averaging over 40 PPG since their opening day setback. Patrick Mahomes has Kansas City clicking with 65 total points in the past eight quarters, while giving up 51 in the same time span. Take note, the Lions are 13-3 OVER away when the total is 45.5 or higher, and the drill down is 6-0 OVER on the road with the total at 49.5 or larger.

Buffalo Bills vs Atlanta Falcons – Buffalo -3.5 | Mon, Oct 13 | 7:15 PM ET | ESPN

With Buffalo off a stunning home loss to New England and Atlanta off a bye week and at home, the Falcons have flown from +5 to +3.5. This is the first of two contests on Monday, and Atlanta would be expected to play well with a break. The same is true of the Bills after a stunning defeat; however, they need a few starters to return on defense, as they are permitting more than enough points against suspect defenses.
