Week 14 College Football Line Moves
This writer does confess to having a real affection to – Rivalry Week. The games don’t always have marquee matchups, and they are not always close, but there is great intensity, and a few stunners always occur. Here are the largest Line Moves for Saturday only, with one you have to read for sure! Return Friday for the Free Picks (18-13 run)!
CFB – (339) Florida State at (340) Florida Pick
Saturday, Nov. 29 – 4:30 p.m. ET /ESPN2
Though there are various names for this rivalry, the most common is the – Sunshine Showdown. This year, like the last few seasons, the
stakes are not high unless you believe Florida State wants to play to reach a rather meaningless bowl game, with no idea if the head coach is returning, matters at 6-6. Nonetheless, the juice will flow for these combatants, and the Seminoles have dropped from +2 to a Pick at Gainesville. From a talent perspective, the Gators have a slight all-around edge, but who plays closest to 60 minutes is your winner. The away outfit is on an 11-2 ATS run.

CFB – (341) Texas Tech at (342) West Virginia +23
Saturday, Nov. 29 – 12:00 p.m. ET /ESPN
College football bettors are pounding the Red Raiders early, lifting them from -20.5 to -23 point favorites at West Virginia. The chances of the Mountaineers being more than speed bump are small. Nonetheless, a victory assures Texas Tech of playing for the Big 12 title and, even if they were to lose that game, it’s hard to imagine they wouldn’t still be in the College Playoffs. West Virginia has covered four straight (5 of 6) and beat Pittsburgh at home earlier.
Bet Percentage: Texas Tech 98%

CFB – (371) Penn State at (372) Rutgers +13
Saturday, Nov. 29 – 3:30 p.m. ET /BTN
If you had said this game would come down to two Big Ten teams seeking bowl eligibility, you would have been half right, thinking of Rutgers. Penn State would not have been in the conversation. A tumultuous season for the Nittany Lions left the players and coaches in shock, leading to a coaching change. However, there is still talent at Penn State and coming within a toe jab of knocking off #2 Indiana, the Nittany Lions have regained their confidence and are winning convincingly again. With that, Penn State leaped from -10.5 to -13 road favorites at Rutgers. The Scarlet Knights’ only chance is running the ball and stopping the run, neither of which will be easy.
Bet Percentage: Penn State 95%

CFB – (405) UL Monroe at (406) Louisiana -9.5
Saturday, Nov. 29 – 12:00 p.m. ET /ESPN+
This game won’t be on many normal people’s betting radar. The Sun Belt doesn’t attract a lot of attention. Louisiana is having a down year by their standards at 5-6 and needs a victory to go to a bowl game. UL Monroe joined D-1 football in 1995, and in that time, they have been to exactly one bowl contest (2012). They won’t be going this year either, but with massive support as road underdogs, the Warhawks have tumbled three points to +9.5 in the “Battle of the Bayou”. The main reason, if you blindly bet the road team in this heated rivalry, you would be an amazing 20-4 ATS! (It’s true)
Bet Percentage: UL Monroe 92%

CFB – (427) SMU at (428) California +13.5
Saturday, Nov. 29 – 8:00 p.m. ET /ESPN2
By the time SMU takes the field in the Bay Area, they will know if they are all but in the ACC championship for a second straight season. The Mustangs are tied with Virginia and Pittsburgh. Pitt has tough battle with Miami, and the Cavaliers have a rivalry game with Virginia Tech. With Cal stomped on by lowly Stanford last week, the Ponies have been ridden from -11 .5 to -13.5 against the Golden Bears. SMU has rattled off three consective wins and covers since their unbelievable loss at Wake Forest, while getting healthier at the same time.
Bet Percentage: SMU 91%
