If Coastal Carolina can capture this victory, they will face James Madison in two weeks for the SBC East crown to play for the Sun Belt as the championship. Football bettors have paid more attention to the total, lifted from 57.5 to 61. Coastal Carolina has played three consecutive OVERs, scoring in the 40s each time and permitting 30 PPG. With the average score of a Georgia Southern game being 62 points this season, the number feels right. Update: There has been a buyback on the battle, now sitting at 60 points, and the majority of the money is now on the Under. We disagree with the change and note the Chanticleers are 7-0 OVER playing against a team with a losing record.

With Ole Miss looking to lock up a Playoff bid, Florida waved the white flag on 2025 in a 38-6 beatdown administered to them by Kentucky last Saturday. Florida was sent out at +13 and like a bodybuilder pumped up to +16.5 against the Rebels. With only rival Miss. State on the docket and Senior Day in Oxford, Florida, could be in trouble again. Update: Didn’t see this one coming, as we had a massive run of Gators money and they are down all the way to +11.5! The underdog is 6-1 ATS, and Florida is off an embarrassing loss. Nevertheless, if the Rebels come to play from the start, they can take away the Gators’ will. We can see that occurring.

Saturday, Nov. 15 – 4:00 p.m. ET /ESPN+

With Tulane’s stunning upset at Memphis, the Green Wave is one of five clubs in the American with one conference loss. Their loss to UTSA is not against any of the other contenders; thus, if they keep winning, the Green Wave will have a shot at playing in the title game. Though FAU is up two points to +17.5, the money is favoring them early in the week. It’s noteworthy that the Owls are 1-8 ATS, scoring 37 points or more last game. Update: The betting market is unmoved by the American affair, staying at 17.5. This feels like a letdown for Tulane, where they win the game by 14 and are never threatened.

CFB – (387) Michigan vs. (388) Northwestern  +11.5
Saturday, Nov. 15 – 12:00 p.m. ET /FOX

This Big Ten battle will take place at Wrigley Field. Michigan has to keep its head down and focused, not start thinking about Ohio State in Ann Arbor in two weeks. Northwestern is back in the Chicago area after two weeks on the road. The Wildcats need another win to be bowl eligible. The Wolverines were sent out at -9.5 and flew to -11.5. Chances are, there will be close to half the crowd in blue compared to Northwestern purple, which doesn’t help the ‘Cats. Update: For betting percentage, Northwestern was flipped to the people’s choice, lowered to +11. The Wolverines are 1-3 ATS away from Ann Arbor. With the Wildcats off two losses, wanting to make a good showing, it’s Michigan by 8 or less for a no cover.

CFB – (399) Wyoming at (400) Fresno State  -3.5
Saturday, Nov. 15 –10:30 p.m. ET /FS1

Fresno State is among the many two-defeat squads in the MWC (Boise St and San Diego St. have one misstep). Because there are presently more tiebreaker possibilities than Sydney Sweeney pictures on Instagram, the Bulldogs have to strive to win and let the chips fall at this point. Evidently, sharp money is riding the Cowboys, having moved in the saddle from +5.5 to +3.5. Wyoming only averages 19.4 PPG, so to cover, the defense has to play really well, or the offense needs an outlier game. Update: Given the total of 40, this seems like a low-voltage affair that is expected to be played in the rain. Fresno State has remained at -3.5, with a slight decline in betting popularity. The Bulldogs are off an ugly loss (23-0) and a great upset (30-7 vs. Boise State). Expect turnover-prone Wyoming to make one too many miscues not to cover.
