Passing Touchdowns

Brock Purdy Over 1.5 TDs – -188 Over / -166 Under (FanDuel)

Fifteen games into the season and San Francisco QB Brock Purdy is #2 in TDs with 29. Prior to the clunker vs. the Ravens, He had thrown for 2 or more scores in 5 of the last 6. The 49ers team total for this game is 31.5 at FanDuel, and they are not getting there strictly running the football. The Commanders defense is awful vs. the pass. They’ve allowed the most passing touchdowns and the third most passing yards this season. Purdy bounces back with a multi-TD game vs the Commanders!

Rushing Yards

Kyren Williams Over 93.5 Yards – -115 Over / -115 Under (DraftKings)

Sure 91.5 yards looks like a lot, but Kyren Williams is averaging 120.2 rush yards per game since returning from IR in Week 12. The worst game was against the tough D of the Browns and even then, he had 88 yards. The Rams have actually run more than passed in 2023, especially with a lead and it’s all but a guarantee they score first on Sunday. Add in that the listless Giants allow opponents to gain over 134 yard per game – good for 4th worst in the league. Over 93.5 is the my Best NFL Player Prop Bet for Week 17.

Receiving Yards

Chris Godwin Over 54.5 Yards – -111 Over / -126Under (BetMGM)

Of course, Tampa Bay has Mike Evans, but in the last few games Chris Godwin has gotten much more involved in the Bucs’ offense. He has averaged seven catches and 95.3 receiving yards in the last three games. In fact, Godwin has averaged 59.5 yards per game for the entire season. The reason for the low number here is the Saints boast the seventh-best passing defense in the NFL. He has the largest line for total receptions in the game at 5.5. Tampa has relied on the pass to get them into the playoff conversation and despite the New Orleans pass D, they are going to have to throw the ball to win this game. Godwin gets at least 60 yards on Sunday.
